Grafting ficus bonsai works well because Ficus Microcarpa heal rapidly and grow vigorously so grafting is really quite easy and successful.

HS Bonsai Nursery use ficus microcarpa leaves graft on the body Ficus Nitida or Ficus Formosana. In bonsai we generally use grafting to introduce a branch where it is needed to more compact, or to place smaller foliage into a tree that has large leaves that are difficult to reduce or to keep reduced.

After we cut the branch and new grafted, the milti root ficus will become to a shima root ficus bonsai which the size down to about 1.3-1.5m, that can be more suitable for Garden Bonsai Landscaping.
